Looks official :-) Here is the link to the website: http://www.worldofwarcraft.com/wrath/ TWotLC will itself have the following features: * Northrend, featuring nearly a dozen zones. * In case any of you were wondering, Arthas is the Lich King mentioned in the title. * New level cap of 80 * New Abilities (no specifics were given) * New Talents (again, no specifics) * New plans for PvP (New Arenas, New BG's, seige weapons, and buildings that can be destroyed by them) * New Zones * New Dungeons and Instances * New Raid Zones(10 and 25 man) * New Character Customization: this appears to be primarily hairstyles and dances. * Did I mention there would be NEW DANCES!!!!!! (sorry, I got excited) * There's a new profession, Inscription. Inscribers can improve both weapons, and spells, with their abilitity. We'd love to give you more information, but that's all we know at this point.

MAIL Changes and Money

	As part of our continued efforts to protect the game's economy and ultimately the game-play experience of each individual player, we've made a small change to how an aspect of our mail system works. Just like in-game mail transactions containing items, mail sent with gold, silver, and copper coins attached will in most cases now take one hour to reach the recipient. This change will help us to better ensure the legitimacy of such transactions and further prevent the unlawful influx of currency into each realm’s economy. Keep in mind that this delay will only affect the following mail transactions containing coins: Regular mail with coins attached. CoD payments received via the mail system. Note: This will NOT affect mail sent from one character to another when under the same account.

FYI: Resiliance and DOTS

From Blizzard: Some of you already found the info, but here's an official post from us :) In the next major content patch, the combat rating, resilience, will also reduce the damage dealt by damage over time (DoT) effects. As it currently stands, each new tier of equipment adds to the amount of damage DoT abilities have, yet that damage is not mitigated through combat ratings found on typical equipment. This change will help ensure that DoT effects do not scale too well compared to other damage mechanics. The amount of damage reduced will be equal to the critical chance reduction effect that resilience grants.

Earned from bosses in Mount Hyjal and the Black Temple, these powerful sets can be viewed on any valid race/class combo. Blizzard now has a search able database of their items (still in beta).
