Possible DK Change (BC Beta)

This sounded interesting on a possible change to DK (Blizzard Post):

Possible Solution to DKs | 8/4/2006 10:34:35 AM PDT

I wanted to take a moment to let you know that DKs will be removed as a part of the Burning Crusade Beta test. We are doing this to see how well it does with the other changes that we have planned for the honor system.

There is no guarantee that DKs will remain out for release of the expansion however, we feel that it is important enough to get into testing and see how it works out.

Blizzard on Blood Elf Warrior Status

Blizzards stance on the Blood Elf Debate:

We're not disagreeing with the statement that Blood Elves would make good Warriors. The fact is, many classes made sense for the Blood Elves. We wanted to choose six, however, to keep the number of options in line with the Draenei.
The fact of the matter is we're quite pleased with the six classes chosen for both of the new races and we don't feel that we're breaking the game by breaking the tradition to allow warriors as a class option.

Instance Difficulty Levels - Adhjustable in BC

I have been following most of the new and hadn't heard this yet so thought I would share, from a recent Europe press tour: "The most interesting part of this is, that all the BC instances will have selectable difficulty levels. The group leader can pick from five differing levels from easy to hardest. This also influences the quality of the loot. Succeed in the highest difficulty level through the instance and you will definitely receive some phat loot. The easier modes are mainly meant for training over and over again, until you've mastered it all." I posted some other tidbits in the forums under a thread of the same name.
